I was testing this module that I think is great and i found this bug. Can you help me to fix it ?

I can't start to figure out what's going wrong without the following information:
a) The exact version of signup that you're using (please set the version field appropriately when you reply here). If you're using a -dev version, please include the 2nd line from the signup.module file, something like:
// $Id: signup.module,v 1.151 2008/10/08 07:15:40 dww Exp $b) What other contrib modules you're using. In particular, I bet you're using signup_status since the screenshot you posted doesn't look anything like the regular signup UI.
c) What you did to trigger that warning. Did you just visit that page? Click some button? (If so, which one?).

This appears to be a signup_status bug, given the screenshot. Wish the original reporter would provide the requested information. We might just have to close this if there's no reply.

No activity in about a year, and the 5.x series is all but dead at this point...
