dwwI can't start to figure out what's going wrong without the following information:
a) The exact version of signup that you're using (please set the version field appropriately when you reply here). If you're using a -dev version, please include the 2nd line from the signup.module file, something like:
b) What other contrib modules you're using. In particular, I bet you're using signup_status since the screenshot you posted doesn't look anything like the regular signup UI.
c) What you did to trigger that warning. Did you just visit that page? Click some button? (If so, which one?).

dwwThis appears to be a signup_status bug, given the screenshot. Wish the original reporter would provide the requested information. We might just have to close this if there's no reply.

dwwNo activity in about a year, and the 5.x series is all but dead at this point...
