I am considering intergrating the navigation module onto my drupal instillation so i can manage drop down menus on my site via my drupal back end admin system
How do i intergrate them into my drupal?

If you want to add collapsible menus, you should take a look in the module DHTML menu.

I'm having the same problem
I'm having the same problem in my site too. I haven't found a module that does that yet.
I've coded in php some stuff to make some text on my website collapsible. http://sandp.vunje.com.br/?q=view%2FAudi&filter0%5B%5D=6 if you click on "details", some text will drop down. I'm pretty sure you can do that with menus too.
If that's what you're searching for, try to find some texts about "collapsible menus" here. I'm a newbie too :)
