This looks really promising but I don't see anything planned for D5. Will that ever happen? I really hope there will be documentation and examples how to Authenticate using AS3/Flash/Flex because the services module is impossible to find info how to User Authenticate. I've searched all over the net and they all say "uncheck api key and authenticate checkboxes for simplicity" and never shows how to use it in Flex. I hope all of this fork drama dies because you really seem like an active developer and respond to users questions.

no Drupal5. not from me at least. Anyone that wants to port it (and then give some support) will be welcome! I dont have much time. I hope you understand.

About FLex and documentation. I just started to build some documentation about how to use WS and how to use OAuth as the authentication method. I hope soon i will finish it. For short, Flex integration might be not possible yet since it doesnt have a proper AMFPHP server (the server protocol generally used by Flash/Flex). I will take a better look on AMFPHP module and see what i can implement. However, it might be very difficult because im no Flash programmer and i wont be able to test it! :P. What IS on my plans is to integrate SOAP and REST servers so a much broader types of applications might integrate with your Drupal site (possibly Flash too)

Cool thanks for the response :) There is some cool stuff being done with Flash/Flex and Drupal and I want to be a part of that crowd! I just need a secure way to create nodes using Adobe Air. Thanks for the info :)
