I installed the finnish language pack and after that I start getting The page isn't redirecting properly errors with firefox. With IE, the browser stays in a loop forever. Only the frontpage works. I have noticed on forums that there has been other situations in which the redirecting seems to create a loop.
Using clean urls and global redirect.

There seems to be no way of recovering from this problem.

Removing global redirect seems to help. However, the problem occurs ALWAYS when I use global redirect, install a finnish language (have not tested with other languages) and change the default languge to finnish. I was able to reproduce the problem by using these three steps.

This is a Global Redirect issue and not a Drupal Core one. Global Redirect may have issue with internationalized sites.
