Description

I would love to see this happen. I'm afraid I don't have the knowledge to port it, but I'll give it a try.
I hope others are interested in upgrading this awsome module :)

Personally I'm still on phpBB2, and from what research I've done everytime a change is made to phpBB it changes almost everything with regards to connecting to it. This would almost mean a different release/module for each version of drupal, and of phpBB. It would get pretty ugly. If you make any headway please post it.

Maybe u should put cURL class in separate file, and then include one depending on which version of phpbb user wants to use... ill try to write one that works with phpbb3...
Also adding option to use more Content Type - Forum ID connections... so every CT can post in different forumID... I have few more suggestions but lets first work on this

Although for future i think XML-RPC is the way to go...
there is some nice progress there http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=70&t=1004745

The result should be something like this:
When viewing a certain node type you'll see the comments from the forum underneath the actual node:

This is the topic automatically created:

I'm not sure what solution would be the best, but I think the module would be extremely useful for drupal/phpbb3 users...
I'll try to look into this myself, keep up the good work :)

This is exactly what im planning to do. And i think for now ill add Iframe in tpl.php of phpbb print page (just add &view=print to forum topic link) underneath node.
