Not every content type may have a direct page view or an administrator may not want it be customizable. Following the Meta Tags (nodewords) and Forward module, I prepared a patch allows this module to be disabled for a given content type. It is assumed enabled until explicitly disabled.

in 5.x-2.x there is an option to enable/disable per content type... although its in the Page Title settings area - not on the content type pages in workflow... Could be a good suggestion putting it there. Postponing for now.
