Is the theme set to not show any blocks on the front page? I have all my blocks visible to all users and they are not showing at all...but once you go to a node, the blocks show.

If it is programmed to do that, where can I disable that?

I tried it on another site of mine and no blocks were showing, ever, at all...and then I realized that that site is a Drupal 5 site...! The first site I tried it on is a D6 site tho....NO ideas?
