The attached patch adds a default header image via css so that browsers without js enabled get the benefit of a nice header image.

I've committed the patch to v 1.13 of template.php

The next official release is probably a couple of weeks down the road though; I want to incorporate some of the stuff I'm doing on the Hiroshige theme back into Nitobe.

I won't mark this issue as closed until the next official release.
