Voting with Updown module not working

This has been reported elsewhere as well so clearly I'll have
to dive into the votingapi activity module. I'm on holiday for
the next ten days but will pick this back up when I return.

when you installed the voting activity module had you already installed votingapi AND already voted on something? Until votingapi module has at least one vote, there wouldn't be any token values in the votingapi activity settings page. What do you see when you go to admin/settings/activity/votingapi ?

It's working for me so I figure more information is needed.

The latest snapshot dated (should be dated 10/30) has a fix that should get voting working OK now. Please try it out.

I'm currently testing with fivestar, updown and plus1 voting modules. Of these I know that updown allows voting on comments but not sure of the others nor of extra_voting_forms. Does a vote with extra_voting_forms on a comment change the vote of the node as fivestar comments voting does?

When you say is does not display accurately, what exactly do you mean? Is there an activity record shown at all? If there is a record is the problem that what is shown is wrong?

Ok I think I can see where some of the links wouldn't be right. I've committed some more changes to the votingapi activity modules. Please wait for a snapshot and review.

i'am sorry for reopening this old bug

but i have this bug on my drupal 6 website, i use updown and i dont see anything about voting in my activities.

Did you install updown after configuring the Activity votingapi module? If so then you should go back and check the Activity settings again as the updown module uses its own votingapi 'tag' of 'updown'. If 'updown' does not show as one of the Activity token types for votingapi activity then you might need to vote at least once with the updown widget to allow Activity votingapi module to see that there is a new tag to use when showing the list of token types.

Hi, sorry for reopening this. Using drupal 5 with updown module, when voting for comments, [content-link] token displays path to the node and then "#comment", but no comment ID...

First, this issue is for Drupal 6.x-1.x-dev (see version) not Drupal 5.

Second, Drupal 5 version of this module is no longer supported.
