Framework put the taxonomy terms at the top of an item. It's more standard is to put tagging/terms on the bottom. From a UI perspective, that makes sense since the raw taxonomy is a supplemental and not a primary feature.

andregriffin commentedUm, that is not the Framework theme. You appear to be using a theme called Bluemarine which is included with Drupal.
