I keep hearing about how people using version control software say it's the best thing since they've done to maintain their site since sliced bread. Any Drupal-specific tutorials or walkthroughs out there, assuming little or no knowledge of this stuff?

It explains more or less everything you need to know about version control and how to do it with subversion.
