a french translation of ecommerce module was started.

was wondering if it has to be added directly to the module itself, or if it should be added to the french translation.

spanish translation of the module was added to its CVS, so it sounds like it has to be integrated in the module. it could however be simpler for french drupal starters to have it integrated in the global french translation.

Translations for conntributed projects are stored with the project. Ask the maintainer to generate a POT file for you, if you can't run extractor.php yourself. As last resort I can create POT files. The resulting PO files should be uploaded to the issue tracker for the module or directly added to CVS after checking with the module maintainer.

.pot files were extracted, and translation is being worked on. we're 3 working on it, and it should thus come soon. i'll submit the po files to the project.
