Hi, I have recently written a D6 port for currency_cck (see http://drupal.org/node/305342) and would like to see it committed. After noticing that both of the current maintainers are fairly active on Drupal.org, I'd really like to become a module maintainer for this module so that I can keep it upto date myself. My patch is obviously against the current beta of CCK and so it may need more work if things change in CCK.

The project lead has the primary control on deciding that.

If this request/offer goes unanswered by the current maintainer for two weeks from today (ish) please get back in touch.

oh cool, so my D6 port got committed today. How about adding me onto the list of maintainers - I know the module inside out now after porting it to D6

mrfelton, thank you for your contribution to the module and the community.
However the module has an active co-maintainer and I see two as a big number for a small module.
