Well done... :)
One little but important remark: you cannot use the Red Cross symbol on your website (or on other things). The use of the red cross symbol is exclusively reserved to the Red Cross (and military health services in war time).

I will have to create another logo.

Maybe I will go for the international hospital logo "H" although I'm not sure this is allowed either...

If you're still looking for something with a medical theme you could use an asclepius or caduceus: a single or a pair of snakes entwined about a staff.
