On my client site Ubercart Userpoints module installed. In payment system - PayPal WebSite Payments Pro, points doesn't added to user, when he checkout.
Why that?

you may have better luck filing this as an issue or support request in the issue queue of the module in question or heading over to the ubercart support site.

There is an ubercart IRC channel as well that may help in this module specific types of issues.

i have userpoints working for credit card checkout, but not paypal checkout.
