Check that the workflow-ng rules for ubercart_userpoints exist. That is what drives those. It may hinge on cron running as well (but i don't think so). The trigger is when the order balance = 0

It's fixed now. Really appreciate your advice. It worked! :-)
Another question, I setup a ubercart recurring charges for a membership. But it does not work. Could you help with some hints?
