I have five projects on D6.4, I just realised this new release of D6.5 and I was trying to access my sites to upgrade but I get the message
"Site off-line
The site is currently not available due to technical problems. Please try again later. Thank you for your understanding."
I can not log in into my sites. IS MY SITES HAVE BEEN HACKED?

check your databases manually. Look at the users table. Do you recognize UID1 ?
I am not able to access
I have been trying to access my PHPAmin from my hosting server but I can not do this. I do not know why the respond is

If you have the first user
If you have the first user account created (admin), navigate to http://yoursite.com/?q=user and login from there.
Then try running
update.php...If cant, check your web server's error log for some hint..
