Hi:

For some mysterious reason, Field Management menu disappears from my Drupal 6.4 and 6.5 sites, exceptionally puzzling and frustrating as there is no way you can do anything as to add field to the new content type i added. Everything else seems normal and OK as before, including all the CCK modules that I double checked as nothing irregular.

This Field Management Menu showed up in the same site a couple of days ago and I did plenty of adding and managing fields from them... is there any place that you could check this within the site like turning it On | Off?

There is no way to turn them on and off that I am aware of. The idea that it's happening on all of your sites had me look into this a little.

what if you use a direct path in the browser ? yoursite.com/admin/content/types/fields

it goes to yoursite.com/xampp/ for both 6.4 6.5 sites: (i used xampp) i presume that is apparently a default redirection due to the missing object or url destination? but ...
