System of complex galleries

(I don’t know is it good place to post this question)

I’m trying to prepare a system of gallery, that differ from each other in access.
I need two galleries:
- main gallery
- user gallery

it’s easier to explain the problem with a scheme. Take a look, please:

I tried with Image Gallery Access, but it can't manage the access to individual galleries.

I’m a beginner, so please try to advise a simply solution.
