I'd really love to have this integrated to Services so that a client module could be created. I'd love to be able to install a client module to my client's websites to allow them to create tickets through their websites administration that then show up in the tickets for their project. If the Services integration was done, I would probably do/start the client integration myself.

I really think that this would add a huge benefit for at least Drupal shops to use STORM as their PM tool, because it would allow them to easily plugin support access to their client websites. Also, if they had other sites that didn't use Drupal, they could create their own integration to the other sites as well.

Subscribing. This is definitely an interesting idea.

ditto. What needs to happen for the service integration to happen?

Any possibility of this happening down the road? Also, I noticed a comment for someone wanting a time keeping tool, well it would be easy to make a flex based tool, or basically any outside tool for that sort of thing if the module was integrated with Services. I really would like to help with this, but at this moment I have a full time Java programming job, and my extra time is spent supporting a couple of small modules I've done, and other websites. Maybe down the road, though I might be able to do small tasks to help.

Cheers,
Stephanie

Hi.
Yes, it is a feature that I would like to implement.

I also think that this would a great addition, but personally there are things I would like to do first which would benefit more people and their installations. Therefore I am marking this as postponed for now. However, I would be happy to look at patches which implement this feature.
