Hello, I think that better as trying to integrate it with some individuals modules, it should be first integrated with views, doing it so would make Birthdays automatically integrate with many other "Views enabled" modules, like Calendar or User Relationships, so many individual integrations won't be needed. I am pretty sure all this functionality can be provided with a combination of Views, CCK and computed field module. I am having a look at this now.

The D7 version has Views integration. I'd say "no new features into D6 unless someone volunteers to co-maintain it or writes a patch". So if this is completed it should be comitted.
