After i installed the module the form to add a node (/node/add/xx ) are not disyplay. I remove the module but that's stay like that... (backup is good :) )

I test two time and experience the same issue.

Main modules used in this website : cck, image field, flexifield, view2, taxonomy.

Same here. The page is totally messed with Better Select activated.
I'm using the default Drupal theme on Drupal 6.6.

I also notice that the group audience selector looks like:
(check box) Array
(check box) Array

Could you try with the latest -dev release? I think this is the same OG support problem as here:

It must have been the issue with jQuery Update which was solved: http://drupal.org/node/510012

Try the new beta3 release.
