Hi guys,

there is an annoying error message if the server needs some time to save a vote and you click on an other link on the site:

An HTTP error 0 occured.
/vote_up_down/node/48971/1/1

It opens a system pop-up which has to be closed by the user to continue.

I had the same problem with autocomplete: http://drupal.org/node/211525

jquery problem? I searched for a solution but didn't find one.

Hi secgeek,

thank you for your answer.
CRE is known for excessively RAM usage... that's why we don't use it. The problem here is not the reason of the message (vote process was not finished but a new action was made, so the JS can't come back correctly), it's the message itself that's annoying....

I'm still hoping for the new JQuery implementation for Drupal5 and 6. The new JQuery seems to be a lot faster.

Please take a look to the update on the project page, now 5.x is not-really-maintained.
