I don't really see the value of having the "DB Setup" as a separate step from the node types' weight configuration.
Why not get rid of the DB Setup tab, and update the database automatically when the weight settings are submitted?

Since the DB Setup step is pretty much mandatory for the weights to work as expected, I'd rather have those steps fully automated.
