How to include Ajax on page ..

Hi,

I'm using http://drupal.org/project/views_ticker and http://drupal.org/project/quicktabs quite extensively on my test site, but have an issue that all content loads below each first and then creates the ticker and tab.

It obviously needs to be loaded via Ajax first to reduce the load and currently not pretty ..

Is there an easy way to fix this with Ajax, or does it have to be done specifically in each module somehow?

A little above my head here, would most appreciate any pointers on how to do this.
