the attached patch corrects the XHTML syntax in some help pages.

but there is still a problem on some pages, when Drupal (input format) filter tries to insert

tags into the page, which invalidates the document.. maybe help files should use their own input format..

I don't have a good answer for the p tags inserted by the input format, unfortunately. The patch has been applied, though.
