Is it possible to "turn off" availability calendar on a particular node that is of a content type that has it enabled?
The reason I ask is that I have enabled it on the webform content type so I can have a booking request form on the same node as the calendar, but now I can't create any further webforms unless they too have an availability calendar.

It's not possible at the moment, but please see #301917: Add option to disable availability per node. This will be one of the first things I fix up.
