I get this error in my watchdog everytime I load the page that is using taxonomy theme/ theme key to set a specific theme:

Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/html/sites/all/modules/themekey/themekey_base.inc on line 119.

Using Drupal 6.5 with Themekey 6.x-1.x-dev.

Until themeKey 6.x is nice and stable you should just use the inofficial taxonomy_theme module at
http://www.valthebald.net/taxonomy_theme.html
