The link in my update-notice emails look like this:
http:///admin/reports/updates

Any ideas why the site domain is missing?
If it's any help, the sites are installed in subdomains.

Fixed it:
http://drupal.org/node/361194

You have to set base_url if your site is in a subdomain,
even though not setting it doesn't cause any other problems.
