if i've got one imagefield up top above story ('main pic') and others below story ('other pics'), will it show "other pics" on all pages, or just last page of pagination?
this level of interaction with cck fields is unclear on project home page...or could one control such things?

mundanity commentedHi there,
this module paginates the "body" field of a chosen node type. In that sense, if you have custom fields (such as images) arranged around the main body, they should remain in the same place. Only the text that would typically be considered the body would be altered for pagination purposes. I'll try to get screenshots up ASAP to provide more clarification.

zilla commentedthanks, that makes sense - seems that pics 'below body' should then move to 'last page' in a series....

mundanity commentedHi there,
Just to clarify, are you suggesting that all fields below the main "body" of a particular node should be pushed to the last page? It's an interesting idea, but I'm not sure if others would want that functionality (and to be honest it could be a bit tricky to code in :) ). I do see the value in that, but I think I'd like more feedback on whether that would be something people would prefer.

zilla commentedno - not something i'd prefer - i'd prefer that imagefields remain on *every* page and only the content rolls - unless the image is inline specific to a page - so in my case, an article has a lead image that should be up top on every page, and additional images that should be at bottom, with only content moving forward...
i do suppose others may want this option, particularly if they have a lot of attached images - that would let them associate imagefields with certain sections for strong control (eg extra body field for page 2 with another imagefield for that page and so on)...

mundanity commentedYes i think i agree with you. I'm not a big fan of how drupal handles inline images at the moment (feels very clunky!), but if images are in the actual body, then they'll be rolled over as expected, anything outside (above or below) would be left in place as i think most people would expect. Thanks for your feedback :)
