hi all,

i posted this question at the module site, but it seems no one there to answer my question. thing is, i tried installing the module and there was too many errors that i'd encountered. so, before i start looking for solutions to solve my problem, i would like to know from anyone that is familiar with webmail_plus whether is that the module that i am looking for.

what i want is a webmail to offer an email account to all my drupal registered members. something like gossamerthreads or roundcube. is this webmail_plus all about? or my users still need to have their pop3 email account elsewhere and webmail_plus will be just their email reader?

hope to hear from anyone of you soon. thanks and regards.

There's an option for user to add their external mailboxes, but no it's not required. What is required is access to a mailserver for configuring the mail_api module upon which the webmail_plus module depends.

Webmail Plus is designed too give you mail capability for Drupal. It uses a provisioned email address so you can have an email address in your account that sends you requests and then you can have a provisioned email for webmail_plus that you can utilize to send and receive emails from your site.

The module is developed by another of my collegues, i will point him to this page so he can possibly answer your questions.
