Hello, I have asked in the AJAX forms module to a possible integration with webfrom and it seems they are interested. I told brendoncrawford to contact you, quicksketch. I think these modules could work nicely together and it would be a killing combination.

Maybe that would help not only in validation but also for changing in realtime the fields shown and maybe adding realtime calculations. Thanks!

It's a possibility. I've noted a few times before that Webform needs the concept of "validators". See #260708: Number component (Numeric field). Unfortunately the person I was corresponding with there didn't seem to take ahold of the subject. If we were to do this integration, we'd need to have a generic way of validating fields to start with, then work towards this.

It seems the integration is ready in a few hours in the next dev version of Ajax Forms. We'll see :)

PS: it's amazing how fast did this go...

I have merely added the ability for webform to relay validation messages to the client via ajax. I have not added in any specific validation procedures to webform.

Ok, sorry, I just read what you wrote in your module queue issue. There was no info about how far gone the integration.
