With Apply for Role activated, I'm going to enable and encourage the users of my site to apply for specific roles for themselves. This module provides an interface to approve or revoke their application, on approval the applied role will be automatically assigned to the applying user.
I'd appreciate if, on approval, the applicants automatically got their rolespecific node this way, too.

tebb commentedI thought that this would already work.
I haven't tested it, but I thought that adding a role to the user triggered the creation or publishing of the node.
Are you saying that the method used to add/remove the role makes a difference?

Garnerin commentedYes, obviously. I was as surprised as you are. But I have tested its behaviour with both "Apply for Role" and "Role Delegation", both methods failed in creating resp. publishing the Rolespecific Node (See also my report Lapino is pointing to in #1).
