5.x-2.2 version of Webforms. Drupal 5.7

I can't seem to let anon users to create webforms... What permissions do anon users need?

My message is:

You are not authorized to access this page.

Please advise....

You can edit all the permissions at admin/user/access
Dont know with webforms, but normally their will be some webform actions that you can specify which userrole can do what.

I took a look in to the matrix of user permissions for Webforms before making this post. After turning on all of these options for the webforms module - and still not being able to let anon users post webforms, I made this posting.
Surely, there is something I am missing.

Not sure, didnt try the webform module.

Take a look at #296228: Unauthenticated user can't access form and see if any of the suggestions solve the problem.

Are you using Nodeaccess? That was the problem for me, I had to add a Grant tab to Webforms through nodeaccess and allow anon to view.
