installed on drupal6.4
all Subdomain Prerequisites is ok and i did the following config,
1. I set "created orgnic group and group contents " in subdomain config
2.i set "[subdomain]" for "pattern for all group path" in Automated alias settings
3. i create a group named "grp"
4. i access http://grp.mydomain/ and get "page not found"

what's the reason?

I Found problem,
cause the default grp url alias is "content/grp" ,but after subdomain rewrite ,the path is http://mydomain/~grp,
that's the reason why "page not found"
