Dear,
I created a new theme based on Garland, i change the CSS to my style. But unfortunately on the language change option at Administrator - site configuration option. How can i enable Arabic. For garland Arabic is working fine, i can change to Arabic or to English whenever i needed.
Please help to conclude this problem
