I noticed a bunch of new content from this which is what it's supposed to do, however it is duplicate content and it's clogging my data base with a ton of duplicate content and nodes that the search engines are not liking at all. I have gone through and deleted most of the database duplicates but I let some for trouble shooting purposes as I wanted to have something for this bug report.

I did narrow this issue down to activity stream via information in the database that has been stored.

Looking forward to helping with the solution. I have removed the module until further investigations are complete.

Generally when filing a bug report or support request you'll get faster and more useful responses if you describe the issue more fully.

What content is being duplicated? Where is it coming from? Describe what you mean by duplicate content. Do you have two nodes, both created by Activity Stream, that are exact duplicates of each other? Do you have multiple copies of the same node appearing on a list page? In what context does the duplication occur? i.e. Are you seeing the same title twice in the list on /stream, or do you have it once in the list and a second time in a block?

An example of where I can actually see the problem in action can help, too.

As an aside, unless you're trying to deceive a search engine by creating dozens of "almost the same" pages, you don't need to worry so much about duplicate content. Search engines don't just run around deleting sites that happen to repeat some of their text.
