movino-daemon compile problems

Description
I have installed Movino server and the Drupal module Movino on Ubuntu 8.04 x64 Desktop and have it (almost) running, but two problems.
1. When I try to start movino-daemon with flag "-f flv" I get this error:
"Ffmpeg support not compiled in"
(Using the default format, ogg/theora works but I need to use a flash player. Tried to be very carful with the instructions for installation.)
2. The movino-daemon dies when I stop the recording in Movino client on the mobile phone.
I think there is something wrong in the compiling.
Any suggestions very very welcome!
