Last page of installation using default or testing profiles, I get
Fatal error: Call to undefined function _node_type_set_defaults() in /home/dhubler/work/org.drupal/profiles/default/default.profile on line 123

I've attached a patch to call new function "node_type_set_defaults" (w/o underscore) and seems to be ok.
