Two Drupal web site creations

We are looking at building a drupal web site for our membership web site. We will need someone who can install the core and necessary mods, create or install a theme, integrate our payment gateway and instruct on adding content and setting permissions for the members. We are also looking at the same person who we award this project to be available for future work.

Would prefer to have someone in Canada or US so we can speak by phone, but not required

Looking at two Drupal sites. One is the main for members and the other is a video site as sister site.

This list is no means complete as I am sure there are other items
that would be required to complete some of the items on the list.

Might use standard template to keep cost down. Open to suggestions.
Membership module so can create a sign up form with the necessary fields.
Able to set up various membership levels or types
Lost password feature
Shopping cart
Aweber auto submit plus include member in database on Drupal
Also need a sign up area for Aweber in case someone does not want to join

Reporting modules for the admin only to view members and the stats associated.

Classified ad module so we can post listings. Would need to change field names to fit our company.
Could be another mod that would fit the need
Forum over the very basic that is with the core. Unless I missed something with it. We are using phpbb3 at this time
Newsletter at least to archive as we are using Aweber to send.

Any other enhancements / modules that you think would also be of benefit at the beginning. There are others that will
be installed later after the launch just to name a few, such as the event planner, banner ads, press release, coupons for the shopping cart,
plus others. I am always listening to suggestions as well.

Memberships that will be needed. Memberships need to be processed using plug n pay. They have an ipn, I think that is what you need.

All paid membership will be on automatic recurring billing.
The recurring payment members need to receive an e-mail approx. 10 days prior to bill date as a reminder and then a
receipt when paid. Also if declined then an e-mail notifying of the same and that there account has been placed into inactive status.

Open to the most stable version of Drupal. Sites need to be completed within 45 days of agreement. We have a hosting company.
