Release notes

This is an initial development release of WhatCounts API. This is not yet feature-complete, but provides very basic subscription blocks to users of your site. It also includes a simple management screen for admins to use to subscribe/unsubscribe/delete emails from your lists.

TODO:

* Add per-block configuration to allow admin to select which command (subscribe/unsubscribe) and which list the block pertains to
* Provide user with unsubscribe interface in user/edit screen

NB: While this module is not yet ready for production-use, testing and feedback are greatly appreciated! Feel free to file bug reports, feature requests, and/or patches. However, please be aware that my priorities at present are to the specific requirements of the client sponsoring the module, and these will trump other things for the time being.
