We have a tab in our primary nav called 'documentation', but it doesn't have an alias at http://drupal.org/documentation that redirects users to the proper http://drupal.org/handbooks landing page.

Please add an alias for /documentation that points to the same node as /handbooks does now. It should take about five seconds to fix this one.

expanding this issue, so that the texts in the tabs are also availble as alias.

also, which one should be the one that that get's displayed as the URL?

It already has the alias handbook. One should be a 301 redirect the other should be an alias.
