I did use Webform 6.2.1.3 and see submissions to email, the values of Date field isn't shown. I don't know if it fixes in 6.2.2 or not as with this version it returns the submissions with blank email so cannot check. Just wanna give you a note to check on this and look forward to your new release soon. Keep your great job for this module!!!

I'm surprised anything comes through in the e-mail. See #317637: Webform 2.2 email content is blank for the bug in the 2.1.3 version.
