Doesn't respect custom logo settings (or most other config options)

Hi there, excellent theme overall. Quite innovative and well-presented. My main beef is that it doesn't respect most of the theme configuration settings (show title, show slogan, show primary links, etc.) though I understand that most of them could have been an aesthetic choice in the theme build. The one I would like to see working though is the logo settings, so I can replace the banner logo without having to physically replace any theme files (makes upgrading a lot easier). Even better would be if I could show the actual site title and slogan text, and I could just use SIFR to style them up - I'm using a sort of multi-site setup, with variable overrides in the settings.php files, and if I could just use SIFR for nice titles on each site I wouldn't have to create separate copies of the theme for each site.

I know this may look more like a feature request than a bug report, but I'm going out on a limb and thinking that at least the inability to replace the logo graphic in the config options is kind-of a bug.
