Hiding option for automenu

Issue Summary

Hi there

Thanks for this module. Because I needed an option to automatically hide alle generated menu entries, I extended this module with this new feature.

I would like to give back this feature to the community. Attached you will find the patch. I tested I on my system. It works perfect.

Its for the 6.x Version

Tested on 6.6 install with custom content type, all works fine.
