Allow anonymous personal details on initial post

I had an issue for this before and won't fix'd it but I've changed my mind. I keep running into this on my own site so I'm going to come up with something. My initial thought is to check for the existance of certain CCK fields on the node and use that if found. I might take that an extra step and let people specify which fields to use but I'm not sure I want to get quite so involved with this feature.

If I don't run into any snags, this will likely make it into alpha 14 as it's a high priority for my site.
