Patch attached adds support for the new openid provider path that needs to occur in the openid_provider module so that the xrds document for the user is correctly sent.

This is related to #322764: Adding patch to support new OpenID Provider Path of the openid_provider module... It seems innocent enough, but I still don't quite understand what it's for...
