administration menu will show in some pages but not in others?

Like what pages does it appear, what not?
Administration menu as in the Drupal Administration Menu or the default Drupal navigation menu?
Is it a block or primary/secondary links.

I installed the Drupal Administration Menu.
When I initially log on with the admin/user 1 account I am able to see the menu. Use the menu.
But as a navigate the site the menu disappears. reloading the page does not help. the only way i find the menu again is by backtracking to the last page showing the menu. obviously this defeats the purpose of the Drupal Administration Menu Module.
Not referring to the default drupal navigation menu. not a block. not primary links or secondary.

afaik, there's no visibility
afaik, there's no visibility settings for admin menu-- it might be a theme conflict of some kind-- try enabling the margin at admin/settings/admin_menu
