Import problems

I'm trying to import data into a CCK node that uses the CCK address address module among other things. Of 13 fields (per row) to be imported, it's only importing two of them properly. I've used this module before for other CCK types with no problems, so I'm not sure what's going on. I've tried moving around the fields in each line but it doesn't change anything.
