Can anyone explain how to make a banner? what I do is create a new block with code like

"< div > < img src="bla-bla/banner1.gif" / > < /div >"

apparently it does not work

any help will do.

This is what I learn in Drupal, wait for a reply in your original thread. If you can't help yourself out of this, then no one else can help you.

If you're beginner or first time cross posting, then it's ok. But please no next time. I'm always trying kind to someone. This is also what I learn in Drupal.

I'm not sure this helps, but this is what I done for my banner, I hacked it!

Drupal make no guarantee there will be a reply for each topic you posted, every reply is done by voluntary, remember this.
And always remember, before you could post some topic, please try to search within the forum first. It's always people have faced the problem before you could even face the problem, so it's actually already a solution there, just you didn't put some effort to dig it out.
Last word of day: Search is drupaller's best friend!
